• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under Applicable Law;

ef98 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of this section, including restriction or suspension of Platform access without notice.

All Intellectual Property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to the ef98 name, logo, design, written content, editorial analysis, guides, structural layouts and visual elements — are owned by or licensed to ef98 and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Subject to these Terms, ef98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content on the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce or distribute Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
• Use ef98's name, logo or branding in any form without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Intellectual Property belonging to ef98 may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

7.1 Informational Nature. All Content on the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational and entertainment purposes only. ef98 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of any Content.

7.2 Illustrative Figures. All bonus amounts, RTP percentages, PKR figures, wagering requirement multipliers, promotional descriptions and similar numerical or statistical Content are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as verified live operator data. Users must verify all figures directly with the relevant operator before making any financial decision.

Payment Method References. Names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Their inclusion on this Platform does not imply:

• That these providers support, endorse or permit gambling-related transactions;
• That these providers have any commercial relationship with ef98;

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ef98, its directors, employees, contractors, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Gambling losses, account issues or disputes arising from your engagement with any third-party operator;

• Technical interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Platform;
• Any act or omission by a third-party payment provider, gambling operator or other entity referenced on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by Applicable Law, ef98's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid, if any, to ef98 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100 (one hundred United States Dollars).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, as determined by applicable law.
